Our factory consists of 15.000 m2 of total area. 5.000 m2 of this area is indoors and the rest is outdoor fields.
Our deep freeze depots have 4500 m3 of storage capacity in total. There are 7 different production lines which take place in 7 divisions in the work units within the factory: The units for dried products, mushroom sauces, frozen products, pickled products and general purposes.
The sanitary rules are very crucial in the factory and we keep improving our production procedures regarding hygiene standards.
The company is continuing to raise its market share by focusing on niche products internationally.
Medi works in three main areas including sun-dried & semi-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts (baby artichoke), wild mushrooms and related vegetable sauces, also 99% of its production is exported.
