Each year, tones of different kind of raw material arrive at our factory where they are carefully selected and after many levels of process, products of many varieties are prepared upon customers' needs.

We do not necessarily have to attach to standard formulas only. In fact we are very open to our costumers' demands regarding cutting size, formulas, vacuum needs etc. of a product. This way, focusing on tailor-made production, Medi is just like a huge kitchen of a restaurant However, if the mentioned special formulas are needed, we will be able to offer those as well. Medi operates as a Private Label Manufacturer.

Our wide product range consists of fresh and dried vegetables which are preserved without colouring additives or preservatives of any kind and the growth of the vegetables is strictly controlled.

We have to take all kinds of precautions in each level of the production process in order to protect customers' health.

The crops are rigorously selected at harvest time when after the collection they are immediately packed and stored assuring therefore a very high quality result.

The last step of processing is completed just a short time before shipping, to make the genuine flavour and the excellent quality last for a long time.
